Betting Odds For Week 1 NFL Games

Week 1 of the NFL season is almost upon us and with that comes the first real NFL betting odds. This year the season opens up on a Thursday when the Green Bay Packers face their divisional rival in the Chicago bears. The Bears are the favorites at (-3.5), the money line is set for them to win at (-170) and the total is set at 46. In years past the Packers have dominated this rivalry, but given how last season ended it only makes sense that the Bears are getting the most action right now.

There are 11 games lined up for Sunday and the majority of which will be played at 1 p.m. Many eyes will be on Kansas City as they play the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Chiefs are coming off a historic season from last year and the Jaguars have former Super Bowl champion quarterback Nick Foles taking snaps for them this season. According to NFL betting odds the Chiefs are favored at (-3.5) the moneyline is set at (-190) and the over/under is set at 52. There are two Monday Night Football games planned for week one. Those games are the Saints against the Texans and the Broncos against the Raiders. The saints are a heavy 7 point favorite and the Raiders are surprisingly a 2 point favorite.
